Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost

  • For other approved return cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is:

  2. Once approved, place a new order


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Bank or payment provider delays may occur depending on your provider
